Program Manager

As a Program Manager at Milestone LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of our program. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality services and the achievement of program goals and objectives. Your role will involve managing staff, supervising programs and services, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

You will be responsible for monitoring program performance, tracking outcomes, and making data-driven decisions to improve program effectiveness. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure coordinated care and enhance program outcomes. As a Program Manager, you will also be involved in budget planning and management to ensure financial sustainability.

Requirements

• Previous experience in program management or a related role
• Strong leadership and management skills
