Program Analyst

• Conducting research, data analysis, and generating reports for program evaluations and performance reviews
• Assisting in the development and implementation of program management plans, policies, and procedures
• Monitoring and tracking program budgets, expenditures, and performance metrics
• Identifying and addressing program risks and issues, and developing mitigation strategies
• Coordinating and facilitating meetings, workshops, and presentations for program stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are met

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in program analysis or related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in project management tools and techniques
