Job Summary:
As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the physical well-being and quality of life of our residents. You will design and implement tailored therapy programs that address individual needs, helping residents achieve their rehabilitation goals and regain their independence.
Salary: $90,000-$110,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Patient Volume: 7 patients a day. 35 patient visits a week
Patient Type: Adult Patients

Job Description:
· Perform comprehensive evaluations of residents to determine their physical capabilities and treatment needs.
· Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving residents' strength, mobility, and functional independence.
· Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to address physical impairments.
· Monitor and document residents' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
· Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide holistic care.
· Educate residents and their families on home exercise programs and strategies to maintain and enhance physical health.
· Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and professional standards.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active Virginia State license as Physical Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
- No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
