Full-time Physical Therapist

We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will assess and treat residents facing a variety of physical challenges, with the goal of enhancing their mobility and overall well-being. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will develop individualized care plans tailored to specific rehabilitation goals, ultimately improving the quality of life for our residents. As part of our compassionate team, your contributions will be vital in delivering exceptional care and fostering positive outcomes.

Salary: $100,000-$130,000 per year (depending on experience) with full benefits.
Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Patient Volume: 1-2 patient per hour

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat residents with diverse physical challenges.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Focus on improving mobility and enhancing overall well-being.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate residents and families on rehabilitation goals and techniques.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Virginia state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
