Full-time Physical Therapist

We are looking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will assess and treat residents with a variety of physical challenges, focusing on improving their mobility and overall well-being. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will develop individualized care plans that target specific rehabilitation goals and enhance the quality of life for our residents. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a supportive and enriching environment for both staff and patients.

Salary: $100,000-$130,000 per year (depending on experience) with full benefits.
Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Patient Volume: 1-2 patient per hour

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat residents with diverse physical challenges.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Focus on improving mobility and enhancing overall well-being.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate residents and families on rehabilitation goals and techniques.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Virginia state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
