Physical Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team in a PRN (As Needed) capacity. This exciting role offers the opportunity to provide physical therapy services across multiple care settings including Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, and Independent Living (Outpatient) neighborhoods.

As a key member of our interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will evaluate residents' conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and administer therapeutic interventions aimed at improving physical function, mobility, and overall quality of life. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care, bringing expertise, empathy, and a commitment to enhancing the well-being of our residents.

Requirements

•       Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
•       Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
•       Experience in geriatric physical therapy or skilled nursing/assisted living settings (preferred)
•       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•       Compassionate and patient-focused approach
•       Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
