Office Manager (Candidate Pool)

Commonwealth Dentistry is excited to announce a candidate pool opportunity for the position of Office Manager. We are looking for passionate and skilled individuals who are interested in contributing to the efficiency and success of our dental practice. This candidate pool will allow us to identify qualified candidates for both current and future openings.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Supervise administrative staff and foster a collaborative work environment
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity
• Manage patient scheduling and ensure optimal patient flow through the office
• Address patient inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction
• Oversee financial processes, including billing, collections, and insurance claims
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Assist in staff training and development to ensure quality patient care

Requirements

• Previous experience in dental office management or a similar role is advantageous
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office applications
• Understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and billing processes
• Adept at multitasking and managing time effectively
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability
• Experience in staff supervision and training preferred
