Mission Support Division Lead
OCT Consulting, LLC is an SBA-certified, 8(a) small business management and technology consulting firm that provides support to Federal Government clients. We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.
Responsibilities and Duties
OCT currently has an opening for a Mission Support Division Lead to work with our federal client U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Acquisition (OA). This position is contingent upon contract award.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Manage the mission support contractor team and report to the CSS Program Manager.
- Ensure mission support team deliverables are timely and of high quality.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and supervise the following activities:
- Administrative Support
- Communications Support
- Data Analysis Support
- General Office Support
- Records Management
- Human Capital Strategic Planning
- Audit Liaison and Tracking
- External and Internal Audit Response and Coordination
Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
· At least 7 years of acquisition program management experience.
· Expert level knowledge of DHS Acquisition Program Management processes.
· Able to obtain and maintain CBP Public Trust Clearance. A current CBP Clearance highly preferred.
· Must be able to commute within Washington DC Metro Area
· Must be a U.S. Citizen

Salary Range: $120,000- $150,000 yearly commensurate with experience, education, etc.
