Maternal Fetal Medicine - Medical Director

The Maternal Fetal Medicine - Medical Director is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for the Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) program within the health system. The Medical Director will work closely with other MFM providers, nurses, and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care to women with high-risk pregnancies.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership and direction for the MFM program
• Oversee the clinical operations of the MFM program, including patient care, education, and research
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the MFM program
• Recruit and retain qualified MFM providers and staff
• Collaborate with other departments and services to ensure the seamless integration of MFM care into the overall healthcare system
• Advocate for the needs of women with high-risk pregnancies
• Participate in research activities to advance the field of MFM
• Teach and mentor MFM fellows and residents
• Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in MFM

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• 5+ years of experience in MFM
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
