Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in maintenance and repairs
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, heating, and A/C systems
• Ability to perform installations and replacements of various equipment
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
• Knowledge of safety procedures, including lockout/tagout
