Requirements

• Prior experience as a Leasing Agent or in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of lease agreements, fair housing laws, and regulations
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
