Full Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Server to join our dedicated team at our senior living community. This role is crucial in ensuring our residents enjoy a high-quality dining experience that meets their preferences and needs. You will provide a variety of services in the dining areas and kitchen as well as train new servers on service standards and our POS software.

Requirements
You will need:
- A minimum of one years experience working in the dining room is required
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must have the ability to receive and follow instructions, and communicate clearly with residents, guests and other team members
- Must have manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in high volume meal service is preferred
- Computer skills helpful, with the ability to learn and use proprietary software as required
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
