Full Job Description
WWC Global is seeking a Program Analysts to support a DHS Customer.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Assisting in the creation of written products for dissemination to partners as well as reports and/or briefings to communicate results of these reviews and analyses to government officials.
- Providing research and assisting in planning and developing strategic reports to support long term goals and analyses for submission to DHS, Office of Management and Budget, the White House, and Congress related to the Interagency Security Committee, Soft Targets and Crowded Places Security (STCP), Domestic Violent Extremism (DVE), and small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS) among others.
- Assisting with CATT task flow and management to ensure timely and accurate responses to all taskers. This includes but is not limited to ensuring documents responding to requests for information are consolidated, edited, formatted, and submitted according to Security Programs guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Supporting internal and external coordination, and assisting in the development, and implementation of updates to systems access and program applications across the branch.
- Providing in-depth research and analysis on topics provided by the Government including but not limited to:Soft Targets and Crowded Places Security (STCP), Domestic Violent Extremism (DVE), and small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS) among others.
- Delivering recommendations for continuous improvement to current and future Program products and resources.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
- Ability to work in confined areas.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
- Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.
Travel:
- 0-10% / Minimal travel expected.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability.
- 1-3 years of relevant, professional experience.
- Experience in development and delivery of written products including point papers, briefings and other technical documents.
- Experience tracking project/program metrics, tasking requirements and benchmarks.
- Expert proficiency level in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. WWC Global will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
