Hotel Maintenance

DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is a family-owned staffing company dedicated to finding quality employment candidates and matching their talents to our clients' needs. We are currently seeking a Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the preventive maintenance and repairs of rooms and facilities for our guest. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and completing repairs in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of rooms and facilities to identify maintenance needs
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance daily
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and breakdowns, and recommend appropriate corrective actions
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hotel Maintenance Technician or similar role
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
