NestWell HeHealth Care is a newly established home care company seeking innovative, dedicated, and compassionate Nurse Aides to join our newly formed team. As a Home Health Aide, you will deliver essential care and support to patients in their homes. This is an enriching opportunity to have a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Remind patients to take their medications
• Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times
• Offer companionship and emotional support to patients
• Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality

Requirements

Requirements:

• Valid certification as a HHA, CNA, PCA

• Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia care is preferred
• Ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional caregiving services with the utmost professionalism and empathy

• Ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks effectively
