Full Job Description
We are seeking a Handyman to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work & work orders for rental properties and rehabs.

Responsibilities:
- Repair major and minor issues with properties
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- Maintain a clean and a safe work space
- Perform other duties, as assigned
- Daily clean appearance & good personal hygiene
- Work well with others or alone
- Follow instructions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property maintenance
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Drivers License & Vehicle
- Have basic tools of the trade

Requirements
- Proven experience as handyman
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and/or HVAC systems
- Basic math skills
- Good communication ability
- Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
