The GIS Spatial Analyst will support the Stafford Gray by analyzing geospatial data to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop analytical frameworks and tools that enhance the quality of spatial data analysis and GIS modeling. The successful candidate will be responsible for data collection, processing, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner, as well as helping to maintain GIS systems and ensuring data integrity.
Requirements
Experience Required:
· A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in GIS, spatial analysis, or related fields.
· Proficient in ESRI ArcGIS software (ArcMap, ArcPro, ArcCatalog) and spatial analysis tools.
Skillsets Required:
· Experience with data management and analysis within a GIS framework, including data collection, database management, and analysis.
· Strong knowledge of GIS principles, cartography, and spatial data visualization.
· Experience with spatial databases, particularly with MS SQL Server Spatial or Oracle Spatial.
· Familiarity with programming languages such as Python for automating analysis and data processing.
· Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders at various levels.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
