Full Stack Software Engineer
Mclean, VA.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Experience developing JavaScript/HTML/CSS web UIs using the Angular and/or React frameworks.
• Experience developing back-end services (e.g., RESTful microservices) and connections to data repos/indices (e.g., Elasticsearch).
• Experience with UI and backend developer skills.
• Experience with systems hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with IT architectures (i.e., servers, storage, and virtualization).
• Experience with data analytics tools, Splunk and ELK.
• Experience with system and enterprise-level health and status monitoring.
• Planning and coordinating the system testing, integration, deployment, installation, validation, troubleshooting, and analysis across networks and systems of collection or processing systems or equipment.
• Monitoring and adjusting collection or processing systems or equipment.
• Experience with embedding automation best-practices to reduce technical debt.
• Using programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, Node.js, R, SQL, and Ansible.
• Experience with one or more cloud and virtualization providers (AWS, Azure, or Windows).
• Experience with app development (front and back-end).
• Experience with front-end development using React, Angular, Vue, or similar.
• Experience with back-end development using Node.js, Spring Boot, or similar.
• Experience with relational database development using PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or similar.
• Building and maintaining cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or similar.
