Foreman - Parking lot construction, Solar lighthing, EV charges

Colonial Beach Auto / XGMAX is currently seeking a skilled Foreman to oversee parking lot construction projects, including Solar Lighting and EV Charging installations. As the Foreman, you will be responsible for leading and managing the construction team, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to client specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage parking lot construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee a team of construction workers, assigning tasks, and providing guidance as needed
• Ensure all work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and local building codes
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and resources needed for each project
• Monitor project progress, identify any issues, and implement solutions
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address any concerns
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
• Complete project documentation and reports

Requirements

• Prior experience in parking lot construction and/or solar lighting/EV charging installations
• Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Proficiency in using construction tools and equipment
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
