Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the passenger experience.
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and prepare the cabin for takeoff.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking processes.
• Serve refreshments and meals, accommodating dietary restrictions as needed.
• Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin throughout the flight.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fluency in at least one language other than English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
• A genuine interest in travel and customer service.
