Full Job Description
The BASH Boxing Coach is responsible for delivering a performance-driven, scientifically backed, pre-designed workout class in accordance with the outlined requirements & expectations of the BASH Boxing Program. This position requires a strong ability to command attention & lead, publicly speak, manage time, and inspire others in a group setting. A BASH Coach must exhibit a well-rounded knowledge of fitness and hold a nationally accredited fitness certification. A BASH coach should immerse themselves in the BASH community & brand culture and have an appreciation of BASH’s results-driven fitness mindset - understanding the intricacies of the BASH programmatic pillars & the importance of fostering a close-knit and inclusive environment amongst the client base. Boxing experience is not required but a plus!
The BASH Sales Associate assists (& independently leads at times) in running all “front of house” BASH studio operations - with an unrelenting focus on premium customer service, driving sales, & maintaining an impeccably clean studio. The SA is expected to meet & push to exceed provided sales targets for the studio - including membership, renewals, upgrades, & retail sales. The SA is to serve as the ‘expert’ for all things member relations – understanding the intricacies to BASH policies, products, and common member/guest inquiries. The Studio Associate is required to take immense pride in maintaining a clean, organized, & premium environment for BASH’s members & guests – and is expected to maintain a welcoming, approachable, & warm energy when interacting with anyone that walks through the BASH doors or reaches out for assistance via phone/email/text. As the first and last person a BASH guest sees & interacts with during their time in our studios, the SA bears the responsibility of ensuring positive energy throughout the customer journey.
Requirements
COACH
- Coach a minimum of 4 pre-designed BASH workout classes a week
- Deliver an energetic, inspiring, & motivational experience for all class attendees
- Ensure the safety of all attendees by modifying & correcting movements when necessary
- Deliver the ultimate customer experience throughout the client journey – including pre-class, intra-class, and post-class – ensuring every BASH Boxing attendee & guest feels supported, welcomed, and encouraged
- Commit to building & maintaining class attendance week over week through personal marketing & promotion, as well as through the establishment of rapport with client base
- Handle attendee & visitor concerns & inquiries, when applicable
- Collaborate with sales associates during the studio sales funnel, promoting intro conversion
- Attend monthly Coach meetings, quarterly enhancement workshops, and monthly boxing enhancement sessions
SALES ASSOCIATE
- Oversee & lead when applicable all operational tasks inherent of BASH’s front desk, including but not limited to answering client communications via phone, email & text, greeting prospective & current clients – establishing necessary rapport, managing class attendance & client tracking, & handling all client inquiries in a timely fashion with necessary tracking & escalation when warranted.
- Execute the E2E BASH sales process – focusing on identifying new leads, engaging with dormant contacts, driving attendance to the BASH studios, & converting eligible points-of sale
- Serving as the primary guide for first-timers for BASH – providing a welcoming & engaging energy, outlining expectations, relevant guidelines, & ensuring the client is introduced to the studio, the coach, & the workout properly
- Maintain accurate sales funnel records using the provided BASH Sales System.
- Serve as the expert on all things BASH - & sharing insight through BASH studio tours with prospects
- Execute the daily studio cleaning checklist
- Attend & participate in all required BASH training’s, relevant workshops, and applicable marketing/outreach events.
- Adhere to all BASH employment & operational policies
Benefits
COACH - Tier 1 to Master - $20-$85/class
SALES ASSOCIATE - $16/HOUR
$5-$15 COMMISSION PER SALE
