Finance Administrator

Global Dimensions is seeking a reliable Financial Administrator to analyze data, prepare budget reports, and perform other accounting and bookkeeping tasks. Our ideal candidate excels with individual work as well as team projects.

• Analyze financial data
• Conduct cost analyses, benchmarking, and risk assessments
• Prepare budget reports
• Participate in audits and recommend corrective financial action plans
• Assist payroll activities
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and rules, as well as state and federal legislation
• Will work closely with the Director of Finance

This is an entry level position.

Requirements

• Five+ years work experience in Finance or Accounting
• Proficiency using Excel
• Experience preparing and processing payroll
• Understanding of insurances
• Reconcile 401(k) monthly
• Reconcile paid time off
• Experience tracking expenses for invoicing
• Assemble all necessary documents for invoicing and submission to the client
• Understanding of financial and accounting principles
• Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
