As a Phillips Hybrid Service Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of manufacturing. Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected salary range for a qualified person in this role is between $50,000.00 and $95,000.00 annually depending on experience. If you have a different suggestion, please mention it in your application.

Requirements
- Strong mechanical, electrical and electronic skills
- Experience in setup and operation of machine tools, Haas experience preferred.
- Ability to travel both locally and nationally, 50-80% of the time
- Ability to deliver technical training to small groups, including at the machine training.
- Additive or welding experience is helpful but not required.
- Desire to be part of a small group of exceptional people focused on changing the way that manufacturing takes place.
- Willingness to continually be learning and to ask "What's next?"
- Due to the requirements of our customers and the nature of this position, candidates must be either a United States citizen or current Permanent Legal Resident
