Responsibilities

As the Enclosure Product Manager, you will play a key role in expanding ITAC’s engineering, design, and construction services. Your focus will include developing a defined product envelope, creating marketing materials, pursuing new markets, and overseeing the design, production, and delivery of products to internal and external customers.

This position requires advanced technical knowledge, strategic judgment, and the ability to juggle multiple projects and client assignments simultaneously. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing guidelines and direction to efficiently allocate ITAC’s resources for exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities with potential and existing customers to expand ITAC’s product and service offerings.
• Develop and define product configurations and offerings, and establish corresponding marketing materials.
• Oversee the final design, efficient production, and delivery of products to internal and external customers.
• Coordinate and direct engineering, design, and fabrication efforts to meet project-specific requirements.
• Maintain positive client relationships by balancing the needs of the client and ITAC fairly.
• Ensure ITAC’s performance meets all commitments, budgets, and schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Bachelor of Art in Architecture or a related field.
• Experience in implementing engineering designs in a heavy industrial environment.
• Industrial construction sales, management, or production floor experience preferred.
• Advanced technical knowledge in engineering, design, and/or fabrication.
• Strong problem-solving skills to optimize solutions based on specific applications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client assignments simultaneously.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for maintaining client relationships and collaborating with internal teams.
• A results-driven mindset with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
