Requirements

• Salary between $99k to $105k depending on experience.  Overtime opportunities when available
• Paid Holidays, PTO accruals at 30 days.
• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Industrial Electrical Superintendent and a strong understanding of Industrial electrical systems.
• Be able to oversee multiple large scale Industrial Projects.
• Ensure a safe workplace is established and maintained.
• Ensure efficient usage of manpower, material, equipment, and tools.
• Have good communication skills.
• Strive for “Zero Punch List”.
• Anticipate and avoid potential cost and schedule impacts.
• Be able to mentor General Foreman’s, Foreman’s, and Journeymen.
• Be able to read schematics and blueprints and assist with planning of work and material ordering.
• Proficiency with Procore and document management
• Collaborate with the Project Manager in development of a project execution plan, and close-out and turnover plan. perience 12 years minimum.
