ContinuumCloud is seeking a qualified Client Support Specialist to join our EHR Client Services team. We are seeking a bright, detail-oriented and highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast‐paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is adaptable and able to earn our client’s trust. In this position, you will often be the only person our clients interact with and ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that provides excellent client service.

ContinuumCloud's salary range for this position
$45,000-$55,000
How you’ll make an impact:
- Review incoming client service requests, prioritize and assign to appropriate resources, as needed, and follow request through to resolution.
- Document and track time related to each service request and time spent with clients in Salesforce support ticketing system.
- Respond to and resolve client service requests in a timely manner and in accordance with ContinuumCloud’s established support process.
- Responsible for initial review, discovery and prioritization of all service request tickets.
- With appropriate training, be able to review, diagnose, and identify possible solutions prior to assignment to other ContinuumCloud resources.
- Conduct phone support calls and web meetings, training, and demonstrations with clients as needed.
- Monitor and report service requests for similarities and patterns that may point to a problem within a specific software feature/function
- Learn and maintain awareness of all updates and enhancements to software.
- In a professional and timely manner, communicate and update customer on the status and resolution of all customer service requests.
- Notify Manager of any roadblocks preventing a timely or satisfactory resolution of a customer issue.
- Assist clients with accessing available support and training resources.
Requirements
What you bring to the role:
- Ability to travel up to 5%
- Track record of providing exceptional client experience, ideally with Electronic Health Records software clients
- Experience in medical billing or related area of focus required
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to work on multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and client‐facing skills
- Excellent analytical, trouble‐shooting, and problem‐solving skills
- Intermediate computing skills including experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Webinar products
- Self‐motivated and, alongside ContinuumCloud‐provided training, must be able to learn independently
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training
