Casino in VA looking for a Director of Planning & Analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related degree. CPA preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Planning & Analysis Manager and/or Director in a hotel/casino environment.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel skills. UKG preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the development and implementation of the organization's financial plans and budgets.
• Leading the creation of financial models for forecasting future performance.
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partnering with other departments to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Translating complex financial data into clear and actionable insights for all levels of management.
