Job Description:

As a Senior Deputy Program Manager, supporting Program Executive Office (PEO), Integrated Warfare Systems (IWS), you will support Business and Financial Management, which includes the full range of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES) as implemented in Department of Defense, Department of Navy, and NAVSEA. PEO IWS is seeking business and financial support services to support their portfolio of programs. PEO IWS leads a professional and experienced organization that delivers Enterprise solutions for Naval Warfare Systems in the areas of Air Defense, Missile Defense, Undersea Warfare, Anti- Submarine Warfare, and Anti-Surface Warfare.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for assisting with the prime contract engagements with the Government.

• Responsibility for assisting the Program Manager with individual program management, staffing, quality assurance, technical training, client interface activities, and project financial management.

• Responsibility to monitor program level work assignments and management structure to direct effective support activities.

• Assists with the development and implementation of program level quality control processes.

Requirements

• A University Bachelor’s Degree, preferred Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.).

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

• Substantial years of professional experience in program/project management. Preferred five or more years of experience in Navy program management.

• Seven years supervisory experience and experience communicating with SES/Flag level personnel.

• Preferred experience with DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process); Foreign Military Sales; US Navy Programs (PEO IWS Programs)

• A current US Secret clearance.
