Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented, and organized Customer Support & Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist our sales representatives, interact with customers, and help ensure customer satisfaction through prompt follow-up and relationship-building. Duties and Responsibilities:

As the Customer Service & Experience Specialist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting sales representatives with quotes, sales orders, and administrative tasks.
  • Answering incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Following up with customers regarding quotes, orders, shipments, and overall satisfaction.
  • Researching and working with vendors to gain product knowledge.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers by checking in and fostering ongoing communication.
  • Using computer programs such as Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and SAP for day-to-day operations.
  • Creating contacts and building relationships with new customers.


Schedule:

  • In-person, full-time position with an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in office administration and 4+ years in customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other relevant computer programs.
  • Preferred Background: Prior military or law enforcement experience is highly encouraged.
