Contract Supervisor

RP Professional Services is seeking a highly qualified Contract Supervisor to support a federal agency. This contract supervisor will serve as a primary point of contact for the Project Manager and the contracting officer representative.

This position is contingent upon the contract award.

Background:

The mission of the Small Business Administration (SBA) is to help Americans start, build, and grow businesses. SBA was created in 1953 as an independent agency of the Federal government to aid, counsel, assist and protect the interests of small business concerns, to preserve free competitive enterprise, and to maintain and strengthen the overall economy of our nation. SBA is responsible for ensuring the governmentwide goal for participation of small businesses in Federal contracting.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the training of new personnel in GCBD case processing, explaining procedures
• Work closely with new personnel to acquaint them with the functions of the division.
• Maintain up-to-date entries in all appropriate required systems to ensure the integrity of the data and case processing efficiency.
• Perform management analysis to determine compliance with organizational procedures, and sound management practices, and effective utilization of staff
• Understand Intake and Case Analyst roles with proficiency sufficient to provide back-up, as needed.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S without requiring sponsorship
• Must have an associate degree or higher
• Must have 3-5 years of experience in loan underwriting or equivalent analytical review work
