Job Overview:
NestWell Health is looking for innovative, dedicated, and compassionate Nurse Aides to join our brand new team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Medication Reminders
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality

Requirements

Requirements:
- Valid certification as a HHA, CNA, PCA
- - Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia care is preferred
-- Ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
