Responsibilities

  • Analyze client requirements and business processes to implement effective CMS solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and evaluate business needs and requirements.
  • Design and optimize workflows and processes within various CMS platforms.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings and presentations, providing insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance checks to ensure project deliverables meet specified criteria.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients for CMS solutions to ensure successful adoption and use.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the CMS space or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of CMS platforms and digital content management processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum.
