Move4Free Realty, LLC is seeking a proactive and dedicated Assistant Client Service Manager to join our growing team! In this pivotal role, you will assist in managing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met promptly and performance standards are exceeded. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to client inquiries, coordinating communications between clients and agents, and providing ongoing support throughout the property buying or renting process. You will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships that enhance client satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Client Service Manager in managing client relationships and resolving issues.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and real estate agents to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Help in preparing property presentations and marketing materials for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Assist in scheduling property showings and open houses for clients.
  • Make successful connections between consumers and real estate professionals to move the business forward, increase operational efficiency, and break records
  • Provide support in onboarding new clients and educating them about our services.
  • Other duties maybe assigned by management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative support.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building positive relationships with clients and team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
