Blew & Associates, P.A. is a highly regarded national firm specializing in land surveying, engineering, and environmental services. With an impressive track record spanning over 130 years in the industry, we are currently seeking a talented individual to work on our Client Management team. This position will be based in Richmond, VA and start out remote.
A quick overview of this role is:
- Assist in Proposal Writing and Bidding of Jobs
- Set up Projects that are won in Project Management system.
- Schedule the field team members working on projects.
- Set up Projects in the report writing system.
- Communicate with team on project status.
- Save necessary documents for each project.
- Project status knowledge.
- Project Management system data entry and report running
Requirements
- Positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Proficient with email
- Ability to work individually and among teams
- Ability to communicate with a variety of professionals clearly and effectively, including colleagues and clients
- Ability to multitask and manage projects
- Willingness to learn new skills and products
- Minimum two years of experience in customer service
- A Bachelor degree is desired but not required
- Preferred candidates will have background working as a legal or title assistant
