Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure safety and livability standards are met.
• Respond to tenant requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with property management to schedule repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders and completed repairs.
• Keep inventory of supplies and notify management when to reorder.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Maintenance Tech, preferably in an apartment or property setting
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
• Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mentality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including email and internet browsers
