Full Job Description
- Implement and maintain event driven pipelines for processing and analyzing large scale geospatial data sets.
- Troubleshoot & Debug issues related to geospatial data, system performance, and cloud infrastructure.
- Deploy and monitor machine learning models in cloud environments, using services like AWS SageMaker, AWS ECS Fargate, Amazon OpenSearch and Amazon RDS/Aurora.
- Proficient in Python, writing and reviewing code for enterprise applications.
Requirements
TS/SCI with poly required
- Familiarity with data and application models for NoSQL and relational databases.
- Geospatial development experience
- Machine Learning inference experience
- Understanding of Geospatial data formats such as GeoJSON
- Possess excellent problem solving skills and ability to work independently within a fast paced environment
- Must be willing to work on site daily or as needed, and on call to troubleshoot system outages should they occur
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledgeable in building, deploying, and troubleshooting Containers
- Comfortable and knowledgeable with AWS services
- Adept in CloudFormation and Cloud Development Kit (CDK)
- Familiarity with version control, GitLab and CI/CD workflows are ideal.
- Experienced working in a collaborative environment using Git
- Understanding of webservers and API gateway integration
- Familiarity with Cloud monitoring tools
