Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer security needs.
  • Present and explain various ADT security products and services to potential clients.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot ADT security systems and equipment.
  • Educate customers on system operation and provide ongoing support.
  • Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and assist in developing sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in security systems or related fields.
  • Strong technical knowledge of security systems, including cameras, alarms, and monitoring systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to client locations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and obtain necessary certifications for installation.
