Job Description: ACT1 Federal is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to support the International Armaments Cooperation Division, Office of the Deputy Undersecretary of the Air Force – International Affairs.
Responsibilities:
- Providing day to day administrative and operation assistance to the International Armaments Cooperation Division leadership.
- Tracking actions assigned to the organization via the DAF’s Tasker Management System (TMT) and Workflow system.
- Maintain office calendars and meeting scheduler.
- Assist in ordering office supplies.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of staff passport and visa applications.
- Prepare country clearance requests for the international travel of SAF/IAPC members.
- Assist in the mailing of official documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Five (5) years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant or Office Manager in a similar setting is required.
- Active Secret clearance required.
- Experience with DAF Tasker Management System (TMT) is highly desired.
