Summary:

IPConfigure is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as an Accounts Receivable Manager. In this role, you will oversee the accounts receivable operations, manage customer billing and collections, and ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment application, and collections.
• Ensure that all revenue recognition is in accordance with ASC 606 guidelines.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and accuracy of AR processes.
• Assist with month-end close process, including account reconciliations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve revenue-related issues.
• Review and analyze AR aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and take appropriate action.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on AR metrics.
• Assist with other accounting projects and tasks as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on accounting principles and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable required, with at least 1 year in a management role preferred
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with accounting software (Sage Intacct) preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
