Full Job Description
The McLean Group is actively seeking an experienced Accounting Due Diligence Director to conduct comprehensive financial assessments for both sell-side and buy-side engagements across various industries, with a specific emphasis on government contracting. As a pivotal member of our team, the Director will be responsible for:
- Leading the firm's financial due diligence activities
- Acting as the primary point of contact with clients, ensuring effective communication and overseeing client deliverables
- Managing a team of Analysts and Associates, providing guidance and support for financial due diligence engagements
- Contributing to the firm's business development efforts
- Collaborating with the Valuation and M&A Advisory teams on joint projects
Requirements
- Ability to lead a team in conducting a Quality of Earnings engagement as part of M&A due diligence
- A 4-year Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 8 – 10+ years of experience in Auditing, Transaction Advisory Services, or a related field (preferred)
- CPA designation is required
