Staff Pharmacist

Seasoned Recruitment is looking for a skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, providing consultation to patients and healthcare providers, and ensuring adherence to medication safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, including reviewing and interpreting prescriptions, ensuring proper dosage and labeling, and verifying medication compatibility.
• Provide consultation to patients and healthcare providers regarding medication use, drug interactions, and possible side effects.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize drug therapy and contribute to patient care plans.
• Perform medication therapy management and make recommendations for medication adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain proper storage of medications and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Conduct medication inventory management, monitor stock levels, and place orders as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and medication safety programs.
• Document all pharmaceutical care activities and maintain accurate patient records.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and pharmacotherapy.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.

Requirements

Requirements:

• PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Pharmacy licensure in the state of practice.
• Prior experience as a licensed pharmacist is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing.
• Proficiency in pharmacy software and computer systems.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
