We are looking for an exceptional Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join a team of patient-centered professionals who have a culture of caring for each other while providing an excellent patient experience. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Nuclear Medicine Technologist:
- Performs both clinical and research nuclear medicine testing and therapeutic procedures including general studies, cardiac studies, and the computer interactions associated with these studies.
- Performs clinical instruction for nuclear medicine students and other personnel as needed.
- Contributes to the development of policies, procedures, standards and objectives, and quality assurance needs for the provision of Nuclear Medicine services.
- Hours - Monday - Friday 9am-530pm, no weekends except call coverage
- Is required to take rotating call coverage, including evenings, weekends and holidays. More details - Call will be every 12 days. It will be 24 hours if it falls on a weekend (example - 7a Saturday through 7a Sunday) OR 14 hours if it falls on a weeknight (5p-7a). You will receive call pay for carrying a pager and overtime and shift differentials if called in.
