Full Job Description
As the Master Production Scheduler of the Global Operations Team at OnLogic, you will drive the daily production schedule, as well as tactical and strategic materials planning. You are a team player with an independent mindset that allows you to make decisions quickly and you thrive in an open and transparent culture. This is a full-time mid-level position with room for growth.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Driving the micro production schedule and managing the detailed materials plan to support it.
- Creating, maintaining, and driving the macro capacity plan, materials planning data and reports, and key business metrics.
- Building and owning the Sales and Operations Plan to manage production capacity and material availability in order to optimize material flow, customer expectations, and delivery.
- Ideation, creation, and management of key performance indicators and reports.
- Supporting business critical cross-functional projects.
- Driving continuous improvement through your processes and throughout operations; learning and improving knowledge to meet changes in company systems and requirements.

Members of the Operations team cross-train on multiple disciplines to provide us with unparalleled staffing flexibility and the capability to react to any production demand. Always living up the way we work through continuous improvement and process optimization, Operations is where project plans and technical specifications become a reality. Roles on the Operations team include computer production, hardware testing, fulfillment services, supply chain management, product and process quality, production engineering and technical support.

Requirements
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Logistics or related field.
- You have a minimum 5 years production scheduling experience coupled with at least 3 years of materials planning experience.
- You have knowledge of and experience with ERP systems (SAP, JDE, Oracle, etc.), and you understand production capacity planning and how to build a detailed production schedule.
- You have managed Sales and Operations Planning processes and know how to interpret the outputs as it relates to production and supply planning.
- You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with specific experience building reports and tools in Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, etc.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and you are a team player.
- You have a strong eye for detail, a sense of urgency, and excellent cross-functional communication skills.

Benefits
The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
