Maintenance Technician

Full Circle Property Management is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our properties. If you have a passion for maintenance work, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, inspections, and general upkeep.
• Handle maintenance requests from tenants and promptly address any issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC system problems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on various equipment and systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure that properties are in compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Coordinate with external service providers for larger repairs and projects.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with property inspections and inventory checks.
• Keep inventory of maintenance supplies and place orders when necessary.

Requirements

• In-Person work at our Burlington, VT office location and surrounding Chittenden County area
• Prior experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent, additional technical certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
