Role Summary: We seek skilled therapists passionate about guiding clients toward achieving their personal goals. Ideal candidates are experienced in delivering evidence-based counseling to diverse groups and are eager to contribute to a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Position Details:
- Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify client needs and craft tailored treatment plans.
- Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing various approaches.
- Partner with clients to set actionable goals and track progress.
- Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions in line with regulatory standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in the field.
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related discipline.
- Active LCMHC license in the state.
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methods.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
