Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing professional to join our team. This role will play a pivotal role in driving revenue through innovative marketing strategies while managing all aspects of sales operations. In this role, you will harness your creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing campaigns and sales strategies that resonate with our customers and elevate our brand in the marketplace. While strategic, this role also requires someone who can participate in the team's day-to-day activities while keeping an eye on the bigger picture growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy:
- Lead and develop the sales and marketing team members to achieve company goals, setting clear objectives and ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across all channels including e-commerce, wholesale, retail, and dropship.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and refine our positioning.
- Manage and allocate budget and resources for marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and team development.
Sales Management:
- Oversee the sales process and pipeline management for all sales channels.
- Implement processes and tools for tracking sales performance, setting sales targets, and conducting performance reviews of the sales team.
Marketing Oversight:
- Lead the marketing efforts including brand positioning, content creation, social media management, and PR strategies.
- Oversee the development of marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience while pushing the brand forward.
- Ensure the effective use of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media to drive traffic and conversions.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with product development, operations, customer service, and production to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing and sales efforts.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing performance against goals, providing insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA of interest.
- 10+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably within the home goods or consumer products industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and traditional sales channels with a track record of driving growth.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and cultivate a successful team.
- Proven ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset to inform decisions and strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams and build relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Experience with Shopify, NetSuite, Klaviyo a plus
