Qualifications
We’re seeking attorneys with the following credentials:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
- 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, or related areas of law.
- Familiarity with special needs planning and Medicaid planning (preferred).
- An established private practice.
- Reciprocity with neighboring states (a plus).
