Full Job Description

As a member of the Sales Team at OnLogic, you will focus on developing strong, profitable relationships with an established client base. We are not a one size fits all shop; our customers have very different application needs, and no one system works for all. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast paced, goal-oriented environment and have the natural curiosity to find the right solution for our customers.

On an average day, you’ll 

  • Build and manage an opportunity funnel by qualifying inbound leads or prospecting for outbound leads within the team’s account base. 
  • Frequently engage customers to ensure a positive post-purchase experience with a focus on retaining and growing future business.
  • Work proactively to mitigate customer issues that affect current or future business by working collaboratively with cross functional teams.
  • Work effectively with OnLogic's internal finance, engineering, assembly and fulfillment teams to provide effective and innovative solutions to the customer.
  • Document all customer activity in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to ensure all information is accurate and up to date for each customer account.
  • Work collaboratively with your teammates to ensure the team’s account base is receiving consistent and timely communication. 
  • Travel to customers and trade shows ~5% of your time.

  • Our sales team is made up of a range of highly-impactful roles, with opportunities to demonstrate great sales leadership and customer service at every stage of the sales cycle! Our sales roles include:
    • Strategic Account Managers: Focus on winning our largest new opportunities with global technology leaders and year-over-year growth of strategic customer relationships. 
    • Business Development Managers: Focus on acquiring new business with strategic new customers and top line revenue growth.
    • Customer Success: Manage relationships with small to midsize customers by providing an outstanding customer experience, while also helping reduce churn and expand into available markets.
    • Technical Sales: Field and qualify global technology innovators who are looking for a true consultative partner to provide solutions.
    • Sales Operations: Process driven leaders who optimize our workflows and data driven approach in a rapidly scaling organization.

Requirements

  • You have at least three years of sales or sales support experience.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree or work experience in a technical environment.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to excel in a collaborative, team-based environment.
  • You are able to deliver engaging presentations to key stakeholders and decision makers in a B2B sales environment.
  • Experience with computers or with selling a highly technical product is a plus.
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Benefits

We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles. 

  • The salary range for this role is $60,000-68,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
