Position Summary:

As Account Executive you will use your account management savvy and product intelligence to educate customers on the best print, mail and fulfillment options available to them, then guide them through the printing process, from planning to delivering custom products made with the finest craftsmanship. You will build positive, meaningful relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met, goals are reached, and their loyalty is solidified for years to come. You will collaborate with internal Villanti teams on the status of the jobs, unique circumstances, and production guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·   Act as the main point of contact between the customer and Villanti Printers: communicate, coordinate and facilitate jobs, plant tours and press checks.

·   Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers by clearly communicating, providing and supplying suitable solutions.

·   Accurately create, review and update job specifications or special instructions.

·   Exercise independent, thoughtful judgment and clearly communicate strategic plans to effectively coordinate, pause or discontinue jobs in production.

·   Collaborate with the finance department on the purchasing of paper, and other inventory as needed, to avoid shortages and timely delivery of products.

·   Research and request quotes from potential vendors, negotiate with vendors, and recommend which vendors to select, based on estimate needs.

·   Create purchase orders for customer and/or third-party product or service orders;

·   Ensure customer supplied components are available and on time to meet assembly schedules.

·   Request changes needed, send final proofs to customer for review and review samples to ensure accurate final product.

·   Other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

·         Excellent verbal and written communications skills

·         Strong ability to build positive client relations that meet and exceed expectations

·         Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage several projects at various stages

·         Ability to read and perform basic mathematical calculations

·         Work effectively under pressure within a fast-paced environment

·         Ability to understand and clearly follow written and oral instructions

·         Ability to review and enter data into computer database systems

·         Regularly exercise safe, independent judgment and discretion
