Warehouse Supervisor

Pestie is looking for a boots on the ground warehouse Supervisor

You will oversee all warehouse tasks including; managing daily order fulfillment of thousands of order per day. Managing the production team to reach daily production goals. Maintaining inventory, reporting daily metrics, creating and implementing production line efficiencies.

You will be a key part to unlocking Pestie's growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Receive all deliveries and check in inventory
• Ensure accurate weekly counts and tracking of inventory in the warehouse
• Oversee operational activities including all order fulfillment
• Ensure daily checklists are completed correctly
• Assign orders for fulfillment
• Help clean, package and get orders out on-time.
• Hiring of new team members
• Assign and overseeing equipment maintenance and cleaning

Safety

• Create a culture of safety by educating employees on safety standards and expectations and safe operation of equipment through team trainings
• Advise leadership team on safety compliance concerns and required preventative actions.
• Inspect working conditions to ensure all activities are compliant with company standards

Job Type

Full-time Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Warehouse Management
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds of inventory from time to time.
• Forklift license is a must
